Encoding template file to UTF-8 messes up everything
I need some russian characters on my website and for doing that I usually encode my template files from ANSI to UTF-8. Today I’m trying to use a new template, which needs some corrections. After encoding l_sidebar.php to UTF-8 my template messed up, all my content went under the left sidebar, which is very weird. I encode it back to ANSI and everything is ok.
How can encode files without messing the whole template?
