It’s pretty neat and small and suits my needs perfectly. However after the recent updates I have noticed a problem regarding the text encoding. My website and twitter feed are in german and I’m encoding it in UTF-8. When I first used the plugin all the umlauts (ä, ö, ü) were displayed fine, but right now they are replaced by symbols like äh, which seems to be an encoding problem. The change was a quick fix to a problem where certain characters were corrupting the tweet data. I need to spend some time look through the character encoding issue, as this is something relatively new to me. * I will push out an update which displays the characters as soon as I can. * I had not picked up on the timing being incorrect, yet now looking at how the process currently works it makes no attempt at correcting for time differences. You should now see the time displayed in your local timezone. * I have not yet worked out a way to automatically get the abbreviation for the timezone to display too, but hopefully I will be able to add this soon too.
