# Encoding problem

 * Hi guys,
 * I had a problem using 3.0 version of WordPress with Xampp, calling get_header()
   and get_footer() added white spaces, so i had to change my files encoding to 
   ANSI.
 * My problem now is that with this encoding, my special characters are appearing
   with the symbol “?”, and now i have a query_posts with a meta value with special
   characters that simply doesn’t return anything.
 * How can i solve my encoding problem?
