# Encoding Issue

 * Hello!
   I am writing to report a recurring bug regarding the character encoding
   in the `llms.txt` file. This issue is identical to the one previously highlighted
   by another user several months ago.**Bug Analysis**
    - **Attribute:** Character Rendering (Special Characters)
    - **Detected Value:** Incorrect (Encoding mismatch)
 * Evidence of the Issue
 * The file currently fails to render Italian accented characters correctly, as 
   shown in the following examples:
    - **MobilitÃ** instead of **Mobilità**
    - **è** instead of **è**
    - **perché** instead of **perché**
    - **ì** instead of **ì**
 * > **Data Conclusion:** The systematic presence of these character sequences (
   > such as `Ã`) confirms that the UTF-8 encoded file is being incorrectly interpreted
   > through a legacy character set (like ISO-8859-1).
