# Encoding Contact Data

 * Hello,
 * Despite the fact that “Encode contact data” is set to “Off”, Email adresses are
   still showing blurry in some pages! I made sure to clear the cache (WP Rocket)
   and the firewall cache (Sucuri) and the browser cache and use an incognito window
   but no luck!
 * You could see the issue in the above url in the tab “Contact”

 * We checked the page and everything looks correct on our side — email addresses
   are not blurred.
 * This is most likely a caching issue. Please try opening the page in a private/
   incognito tab or clearing browser cache again. If the issue persists, please 
   send us a screenshot.
