    Hello! This plugin works great! So far totally satisfied.
    But when I am receiving an email from the booking form, the text with the description has some strange characters like \nl (which is new line etc) and sometimes it makes it difficult to read. Any solutions?

    Hello.
    Please open the Booking > Settings > Emails page, and recheck that you set “Email format” (at the right side of the page) as “HTML”.
    Also please switch email template are from “Visual” to “Text” view and recheck email template for any non standard symbols, there that can generate such issues.
    New lines usually can be set as <br> HTML tag.

    If you still will have this issue, probably its because of conflict with some other plugin. Please try to deactivate one by one all your active plugins at the WordPress > Plugins menu and make testing after each plugin deactivation.
    If its not help, please deactivate all your plugins and active the default WordPress theme. And then retest it again.

    From a booking description:

    We will be in and out of Athens, so we want to make one reservation for the all the days that we've marked on the schedule, even though they are not continuous. 2 beds.

    Here it displays it fine.

    Hello.
    Did you edit your email template at the Booking > Settings > Emails page when you switched to “Text” or “Visual” view mode ?
    You need to switch to “Text” view mode, enter that text and then save changes.
    After page reloading you have to see correct symbol there.

    I have not edit anything. I see this error also when I am viewing all the Bookings.

    Hello.
    I was suggested that this error was exist in the email template.
    Can you send screenshot of the Booking > Settings > Emails page and screenshot from Booking > Settings > Form page to the support @ wpbookingcalendar.com
    Also please send screenshots of this issue, when you are viewing all the Bookings.
