# Encoding and “???? ??? ???????”

 * Hey, guys!
    Here is the problem. Sometimes my sidebar titles and other things(
   such as button names, and so forth) that I have modified in the template become
   like a bunch of question-marks “?????? ??? ?????”. I run my site in russian language.
   The default encoding of the site (in wordpress options) is UTF-8. In wp-config
   DB_CHARSET is UTF-8, DB_COLLATE is utf8_general_ci. In phpmyadmin DB encoding
   is the same. Don’t have an idea what it could be. So, you read articles on the
   site, news… and boom! Menus (which were modified in template), titles and other
   stuff in question-marks (posts somehow do not become this “???”, you can read
   them normally). Though after refreshing the page everything is nice and pretty.
 * So does anybody have any idea what it could be and how can I solve it?
