 * Hi,
 * One thing which is not clear is where/how the encoding is being done.
    Is it 
   someones service or is it being done on the local server itself?
 * I have all mmfpeg conversion and compression tools installed on my servers so
   I would not need anyone’s service.
 * Can you explain this part, thank you kindly.

 * Thank you for the reply. Is there any way of using my own ffmpeg tools for encoding
   and compression? That is what I need as I don’t want to send my media outside
   of my network.

 * Sorry, but the answer is no. The design makes sure that your customer’s time 
   and effort of providing feedback will be appreciated.
 * Only you and your customer who provides the media can access it before you publish.
   In other words, you control the distribution of multimedia feedback.
