# Enabling rating only on certain posts

 * I’ve read your support document about adding post types like “book” and adding
   a schema so that the ratings apply to those.
 * However, we would like to enable user ratings only on posts that are actually
   product or book related. We don’t want ratings on posts that are posts on other
   topics. Is there a way to do this?
 * Also, we may use another plugin that allows the author of the post to rate the
   product or book (WP Product Review Lite), but we don’t want to use it for user
   ratings. Any thoughts on how having two separate rating systems like this might
   affect Google search result displays of ratings?

   wondering about whether your plugin will play nice with other ratings plugins.

 * Started from version 7.0.2 we’ve disabled the Aggregate Rating Schema for Post
   and Comment Rating. In the case, if you use another plugin, just don’t enable
   the “Aggregate Rating Schema option” in wpDiscuz plugin settings.

 * wpDiscuz 7 comes with two post rating options. First is a stand-alone post rating
   system, located under post content and above comment section with rating buttons.
   You just click on rating stars and rate articles. Second is based on rating custom

 * In both cases, you can create separate comment form, enable the rating for this
   comment form, then choose the custom post type, you need to use the form with
   the rating field.
