Enabling Admin bar link visible to Non-Admin Users

    We have tested this plugin in past, present and future WP version 3.9RC1 too. Enabling Admin bar link allows to view the same for non-administrator users too. If non-admin clicks on that, a redirect says that no permissions to view that.
    If admin bar link enabled then it must be visible to Admin and Editor roles not below that roles. Atleast it should visible to Admin only.

    Yes I agree, currently it checks for admin but i think i need to take a look again
