# Enabled user registration/signup

 * Hi. After Googling, if i want to allow user signups on my WordPress MS install
   i should be able to tick a box under Settings > General, but i cant find the 
   box.
    I want new users to be able to register with their details and then be 
   giving the option to create a site. Do i need additional plugins, or will this
   work out of the box?
 * Sorry if i’m being dim 🙂
