 * Settings > Comment Content and Media > Enable WordPress Shortcodes in Comment
   Content > Read the documentation. Click the question mark button and it does 
   NOT go to documentation but back to Comment Content and Media.

 * Simply the info about the option is missing in the document, so the link is not
   working. This will be fixed in the next update.
