Hello @luisviadel
Please try plugins/theme conflict test on your site. Please use this link for help.
I have deactivated all the plugins and activated the WordPress theme. There is only one plugin activated and the problem persists.
It keeps giving me errors in other sections of the plugin and I have left a clean installation with only the WordPress theme and the Ultimate Members plugin. I’m going to deactivate the plugin, sorry.

@luisviadel
The 403 error is a forbidden access error.
When you click the “Enable this email notification” there is a check by UM
if you have a custom version of this template
and there is a forbidden access error by the server.
Look at your active theme’s folder: ultimate-member
https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1335-email-templates
I’m going to give it a second chance.
I’m trying but I get the error over and over again.
I have assigned all permissions to the plugin folders and it keeps giving me countless errors.
Can you tell me how to solve it? What you have sent me has not helped me.

@luisviadel
This is a guide about possible 403 errors
and you have tried the plugin deactivation and the file/folder permissions.
Maybe you should ask your web hosting support now.

Finally it has been solved by creating an exception in the Firewall. Thank you so much. Everything works correctly.
@luisviadel Thank you for letting us know how you managed to solve the issue.
