enable the CURL extension for PHP

  • Please tell me where do I find this setup to activate it?

    Import Blogger
Howdy! This importer allows you to import posts and comments from your Blogger account into your WordPress blog.

Your web server is not properly configured to use this importer. Please enable the CURL extension for PHP and then reload this page.

  • That would be something your host would handle. Unless you’re your own host, in which case you’ll have to download the CURL extension for php (if your version didn’t come with it installed), and enable it (probably) somewhere in httpd.conf.

If you’re hosted, contact your web host as that’s not something you generally can control.

If you host yourself, well… turn it on in your php configuration.

I have just registred my own domain so the thing is, is there something I can do or will the company that I have my domain with do it ? I have to check that up I think.

    Thanks for your help!

Nothing to do with your domain. It’s who you have your actual web hosting with.
