 * Hello, I can’t enable this because I don’t have the premium version. But its
   listed under basic/common features. It also says that its checked by default,
   but it isn’t.
 * Is this no longer a free feature?
 * If it is free, how can I enable the shortcode?
 * Thank you

 * The shortcode is available in the Free version, and the NGFB -> Advanced -> Plugin
   Settings -> Enable Shortcode(s) option should be checked.

 * Hm. Is this a recent installation? A while back there was a small issue with
   some default option values that weren’t getting set properly — this may have
   been one of them. You may need to reset the plugin settings to their defaults
   in order to fix this. You can add the following to your wp-config.php file, then
   disable and re-activate the plugin:
 *     ```
       define('NGFB_RESET_ON_ACTIVATE', true);
       ```
 * After re-activating, make sure you remove this line from your wp-config.php file.
   😉
 * Not that recent, it was updated to the latest. I followed the steps. Still no
   luck. Did, deactivate, uninstalled and deleted, reinstalled and it was working.
 * Thanks though.
 * By “it was working”, you mean the option is now checked?
