Are you on a Mac or PC? If you’re running Netbarrier, go to Privacy ->Surf ->Information Hiding, and uncheck the “Last Web site visited” box.

I’m on a PC… and I have set NIS to show last site visited and STILL having the problem…
I’ve heard ppl say that it might be a firewall issue.

I have this problem when attempting to delete stuff. My site’s hosted at free Lycos though, is this a problem?
I had this problem before. In NiS, go to Privacy Control>>Advanced>>Add Site. Add your URL (ie. mydomain.com) and make sure everything is permitted. That did it for me.

I disabled my firewall (norton personal firewall) but had to use IE for the problem to disappear. 🙁

You don’t have to disable the firewall. Just goto:
Privacy Control>>Set Custom Level
and uncheck the “enable browser privacy” box
