Enable sending referers

Hello,

Well I am using WP 2.0 and I know what causes this error. What I dont’ know is how to work around it in my particular issue. Probably, because I don’t know “specifically” why I am getting the error. I get the error when I try to change themes or update my profile. I get the error because I am using REWRITE on Apache to redirect http wp-admin directory pages to https. When I comment out the REWRITE directives I don’t get the referer error.

As you can image, it is a royal pain in the ass to have to disable my https functionality just to make those kind of simple updates to the blog site.

Does anyone know how to get it to work?
