Is it possible to use this plugin when an SSL connection to the database is required? I attempted to use HyperDB but I receive access denied errors. I left the define(‘MYSQL_CLIENT_FLAGS’, MYSQL_CLIENT_SSL); flag set in the wp-config.php file but I still receive the access denied error message. Without HyperDB installed and the MYSQL_CLIENT_FLAGS set my site works without issue.

    Hi,

I added support for MYSQL_CLIENT_FLAGS to HyperDB. Can you please try the development version here and let me know if it works for you?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Unfortunately, no. I get a Notice: Undefined variable: client_flags in /public/wp-content/db.php on line 1272 error followed by access denied errors and Error establishing a database connection errors.

    Thank you for your help

Sorry about that. Should be fixed now. Please try the latest version (same URL as before).
