“Enable Mega Menu” checkbox is not appearing

Hi! As the title says, the enable mega menu checkbox is not appearing under Appearance – Menus.
1. We created a menu called Mega Menu
2. We added three items
3. We created a header via ElementsKit Header/Footer and added this menu via ElementsKit Navbar Widget
4. We go back to Appearance – Menus – Mega Menu, but there is no such option to enable so we can add mega menu (dropdown) for each item in this menu.The hosting is Strattic, they are a static web host and they do not support AJAX. Does this create issues or could it be something else?

I understand what you are looking for. The ElementsKit Megamenu checkbox is not appearing because the megamenu module is not enabled. Please see the video to know how to enable the megamenu module. After enableing the megamenu module the checkbox will will show in the menu stracture.

I hope you’re doing fine and I’m very sorry for the delay in getting back to you.I can understand that the Checkbox is not appearing even after keeping the Megamenu Module enabled. We previously found that issue due to not allowing the ElementsKit Post Types from Elementor.
Please navigate to Elementor > Settings section and make sure that these three post types are checked. Clear the caches from your site and browser before checking.
If the issue persists even after that, then please share the system information of your site. You will find that by navigating to Tools > Site Health > Info Tab. You can also hide any information that you’re not comfortable disclosing.

ProsenjitHey, I’m disclosing the information. We thought it was due to different versions of plugins but the issue persists after updating everything to the latest version. As soon as ElementsKit is active, the backend stops working properly and a console error appears.

I hope you’re doing fine.Thanks for sharing the system info. Can you please confirm that the issue with the Megamenu is fixed after making the adjustments that I mentioned in my last response?
You mentioned another query in your last response which is different than the previous one. Please find the response to your next query below-
From the System Information you’ve shared, you shouldn’t face the loading issue with that server configuration. Maybe there is something else on your site that is preventing the Editor to work properly. Will you please check by running a plugin conflict test?
To do so, please deactivate other plugins except for ElementsKit and Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect if there is any plugin that is causing the issue.
Please be assured that we have tested the core features of ElementsKit on Strattic and no issues are found so far.
