You can enable the visual refresh to get labels on satellite views.

Thank you the the lightning fast response!!
Enabling visualrefresh did not enable labels in satellite view.
Also, it broke the description window — it is displayed with a size of about 20px x 10px, with no regard for the contents it should be displaying.
Can you give me a link to the page you have this on please? Also, tell me what you expect to see.

Sorry. Site is in maintenance mode.
I would just like the “Labels” to be turned on when the map loads. Right now, the “Labels” button under the Satellite button is unchecked, and I have to manually check it to show “Labels”.
Right, gotcha. I don’t know what’s required for that, but will investigate. There isn’t an option in this plugin that will do that — yet — but I might be able to suggest a simple snippet for you. Check back tomorrow 🙂
