Enable Editor To Delete Cache

Hi there

Firstly, thank you for this plugin.

Next, I would like to give Editor the ability to delete cache – how can that be achieved? The reason being, sometimes an editor will edit a post and the image will not change fast enough – and the solution is to delete the cache manually.

I note from a previous support comment that you have hidden the wp-admin toolbar icon for those who do not have manage options capability – could it be feasible to adjust that so that Editors could be included?
