 * Has this error been fixed, yet?
 * I have read many threads with all sorts of possible solutions, none of which
   seem to work.
 * I am able to log into my Network Admin panel, and into my root website panel,
   but I cannot log into my new domain. It comes up with the error: Enable Cookies.
   But they are enabled.
 * Any suggestions, please.

 * You are probably doing something wrong, but I cannot tell from the limited information
   you provided. My guess is that if you are trying to use multiple (sub)domains
   in WP, that you did not install or configure the Domain Mapping plugin.
