I’m not sure but after the last Wordpeess update the plugin is no more working, not in the backend and not in the frontend (you see only the shortcode)
You can see it on our website if you scroll down and you see only the the short code [site_reviews_form]
    The plugin is enabled.
I already disabled and uninstalled it to install it again. It is not working.
    Help 🙂

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

After inspecting your website I can see that your server is running PHP v5.5.9. You can test this yourself by opening a Terminal window (or a command prompt if you are using Windows) and type in: curl -I http://www.yourwebsite.com

Site Reviews v3.0 now requires your server to be running a minimum of PHP v5.6 in order to function. You should be able to verify this by going back to the WP-Admin Plugins page and try to activate Site Reviews. It should automatically deactivate and show a notice explaining why at the top of the page. The notice will also explain how to downgrade Site Reviews back to v2.17.1 (using the WP Rollback plugin) until you are able to update your server PHP version.

If for any reason this notice is not displaying, please let me know so I can track down the cause.

PHP 5.5 is more than 11 years old, it no longer receives security updates and is no longer supported or patched for vulnerabilities. It is also 250% slower than PHP v7.x. In order to continue development of Site Reviews, it was necessary to drop support for obsolete versions of PHP.

I strongly suggest you contact your hosting provider and ask them to update your version of PHP. Here is an article from the authors of the Woocommerce plugin that explains how to update your version of PHP: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-your-php-version/

I can see that the plugin is now active on your website so I will mark this issue as resolved.

However, I can see that you are currently using v3.0.2. That version introduced a bug that may prevent your submission form from submitting. v3.0.4 fixes this issue.

I recommend you update to the latest version as soon as possible.
