    Hello Bonyandigital,

    That’s kind a strange!
    I guess it’s caused by another plugin.

    Could you help us with the following information:

    Please always post your version of WordPress, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Upload My File as it helps us to answer the question faster.

    Please try to disable all plugins and check if it works.
