Empty XML export

    Hi there,

    After updating from 3.6.3 to 3.7.2, the export XML option (WP tools–>Export–>Direct Debit) returns an empty XML file (0 bytes size). Was working flawlessly before the update.

    Any suggestion to fix the problem ?

    Hi there,

    did you try to downgrade? Does that really fix the issue? I’m not experiencing any issues with the SEPA export at all.

    Hi vendidero,

    How can I downgrade to older versions?… Do you have them available somewhere? I just updated the plugin (and would prefer not to restore a whole site backup)

    Hi,
    Thanks for your quick reply. I downgraded and now it still does export an empty XML. I tried disabling all plugins except template, WC and Germanized… same result.

    I updated WC to the latest version (6.0) recently, might that have something to do ?

    I can’t explain why, but after a DB sweep, everything seems to work fine again…
