         <h5></h5>
       </div>
       ```
 * Try changing the review template type to Post or Page, then use the shortcode
   in a text widget.
 * Unfortunately, I see the following structure on the website:
 *     ```
       <div class="elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default">
         <div class="elementor-row">
           <div class="elementor-element elementor-element-37d3609 elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column" data-id="37d3609" data-element_type="column">
             <div class="elementor-column-wrap  elementor-element-populated">
               <div class="elementor-widget-wrap">
                 <div class="elementor-element elementor-element-ab29bfa elementor-widget elementor-widget-shortcode" data-id="ab29bfa" data-element_type="widget" data-widget_type="shortcode.default">
                   <div class="elementor-widget-container">
       	      <div class="elementor-shortcode">
                     </div>
       	    </div>
       	  </div>
               </div>
             </div>
           </div>
         </div>
       </div>
       ```

 * You have the reviews downloaded and they show up on the Review List page in the
   plugin? Check the review template to make sure the reviews are not being filtered
   out.
 * I did look at your homepage and it has a javascript error on the page. Not sure
   if that is the problem, but when there is a javascript error the plugin can’t
   create the slider. You can check for javascript errors by right-clicking > inspect
   > look for the console window. This is the one I saw…
 * Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘querySelectorAll’ of null

 * I have fixed this error but this does not solve the problem.

 * Is the site able to render other shortcodes?
 * Try creating a new review template. Don’t use any of the filters. Just give it
   a name and see if it will render.
