# Empty upload files in tmp folder

 * Hello,
 * I’m stuck and I hope this great community can help me.
 * I have a webshop running woocommmerce, which offers customers the option to upload
   an image upon checkout. Everything was functioning fine, until i updated wordpress,
   the theme and all plugins. The shop is functioning fine, however when an image
   is uploaded, the name of the image is visible in the back-end (attached to the
   order) as well as in the designated tmp folder. However, when you try to open
   the image the file is empty.
 * I have to following errors in my log:
 * PHP Warning: file_get_contents(/tmp/wcj556gs2): failed to open stream: No such
   file or directory in /home/vhosting/q/vhost0076349/domains/user/htdocs/www/wp-
   content/plugins/woocommerce-jetpack/includes/class-wcj-checkout-files-upload.

 * I tried another upload plugin and that resulted in the following errors:
 * PHP Warning: file_get_contents(/tmp/alggqXhMk): failed to open stream: No such
   file or directory in /home/vhosting/q/vhost0076349/domains/user/htdocs/www/wp-
   content/plugins/checkout-files-upload-woocommerce/includes/class-alg-wc-checkout-
   files-upload.php on line 187
 * PHP Warning: unlink(/tmp/alggqXhMk): No such file or directory in /home/vhosting/
   q/vhost0076349/domains/user/htdocs/www/wp-content/plugins/checkout-files-upload-
   woocommerce/includes/class-alg-wc-checkout-files-upload.php on line 189
 * Note that i replaced the domain with “user” for privacy.

 * Create `tmp` folder with a permission of `755` or `777` on wp-content folder
