Empty update emails to subscribers

I just wrote a new post on my blog.
When I published it the email that was sent to the subscribers had only this in it.
Content-type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8

I sent emails to my subscribers via subscribe 2 plugin to tell them about being back and they went through fine.
