Empty tabs on some product pages

    Hi,

    unfortunately we noticed an issue on some product pages of our WooCommerce shop. When clicking on the custom product tabs like “FAQ” or “Download” they are just empty. But in the backend we can see the content.

    On other product pages it works fine. We already deactivated all plugins except for WooCommerce and your plugin and switched the theme to Storefront, but the tabs are still empty.

    How can we fix this?

    Hi @binok,

    Can you provide a link to one of the products you are having trouble with? Is this happening on every product or only on some of them?

    This is usually caused by malformed HTML in the product description, often due to a shortcode. You might be missing a closing </div> tag or something, which prevents the WooCommerce JS from correctly displaying the tab’s content when you click on it.

    thank you for your message. It was really a malformed HTML in the product description: <div class=”std description-content col-lg-8″>

    After deleting this the tabs are working again.
