    Do you mean you want to show the ads even if the user rejects marketing cookies?

    You can enable safe mode in Complianz/settings to achieve that. This disables the cookie blocker.

    Hello,

    thank you for your answer.
    No, I do not want to show ads.
    I want to shrink that empty space after clicking on reject tab.

    Hi @madocar,

    Complianz does not load these Ad Blocks on your website. Complianz will determine and communicate whether the ads can be loaded, however, the insertion of the ads/ad blocks will be handled by your ads plugin.

    I would therefore recommend reaching out to the support team of your advertisement plugin for further assistance with the insertion of Ad Blocks on your website.
