Empty settings screen after last update

Hi Hannes,

After installing the latest update the settings screen is showing nothing at all, even after clearing cache etc.
Unfortunately I can’t give you a test url, because we had to set the plugin back to the previous version immediately on our live website. That solved the problem, I tried it 3 times, so I am absolutely sure the last update is causing this problem.

Hope you will be able to figure out what is causing this issue.
