Empty row in beginning of entries

making my own theme for our website, wanted to add a background-image to the entry -title and -meta, but for some reason there is a empty line (10-20 pixels) in the start of the entry, and therefor a white line before the entry-“header”. i can guess its something simple, but i do not master php at all yet…
