Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Thanks for your input!
Here’s what’s going on:
I deactivated all the plugins. Actually I found them all to be deactivated on their own as I refreshed the wp-admin.
As I try each one of them, I wait some time and refresh the plugins admin page, but they keep deactivating with-out my consent.
I’m using a child theme (with parent theme twenty twelve and minimum css changes. I’ve switched to default and this error comes up: “ERROR: The themes directory is either empty or doesn’t exist. Please check your installation.”
I finally reset the plugins folder.
And now I can see the page but it’s slow. Still some people cannot see the page a all.
Can anyone see the site at all? http://blog.devannah.com/
I think its a Godaddy issue. I have another WP site hosted somewhere else and I have no issues. My Godaddy site has been having issues all day. From my end I keep timing out due to the slow response.

Thanks sgorgyan
I’ve gotta admit godaddy puts me in a bad mood.
I’m already doing some research to see what new host I’ll choose.
But meanwhile, I’m still wondering about the errors (theme, disappearing plugins, ect). Is that too due to the slow hosting service from Godaddy?
I seriously agree with you, godaddy hosting is down in the dumps. I too am on Godaddy. I suggest you to use Google’s free pagespeed service or Cloudfare. And do you use any caching plugin ?
I don’t know, but I’ve heard a lot of good things about Bluehost! I’m considering making the switch
Hey everyone – these are the officially recommended hosts:

But per forum policy, we have to close threads on this topic as they attract too much spam, sorry.
@uvita – if you still need help with troubleshooting other possible issues, please start a new thread.
