# Empty PDFs

 * Hi, some of our customers have reported that the attached PDF invoice is blank(
   with up to 14 pages). I have looked at some invoices in the backend. I see HTML
   output, but the logo is missing because the server path is wrong. In the preview
   everything looks correct, but in the invoice itself the graphic address looks
   like this:
 * [https://example.org/usr/local/www/apache24/noexec/example.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/mylogo.png](https://example.org/usr/local/www/apache24/noexec/example.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/mylogo.png)
 * instead of
 * [https://example.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/mylogo.png](https://example.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/mylogo.png)
 * I can’t find useful information in the debug log.

 * Please, deactivate and delete the plugin and then install and activate it again
   and check if it solves the issue. If not, please, contact us from here – webappick.

 * i tried to deactivate delete and install again but it didnt work still showing
   empty on email
