# Empty Payment Methods

 * I cannot select a payment method when creating a profile, because the payment
   method drop down list is empty.
 * Does anyone know why, and how to fix it?

 * I am happy to assist you with this today.
 * If you cannot see any payment options you should first try refreshing your account
   details. To do this browse to WP-Lister > Settings > Accounts > Mouse over your
   account > Click refresh account details. Once that process is complete, you should
   be able to select payment options.
 * If this does not fix your issue, please submit a ticket to our support team.

   the “Refresh Details” link and that should solve the issue.
