    Those are the RSS feeds for your categories and posts and such, and Google usually retrieves those when people are using Google Reader to read your feeds. It can also get useful information from those individual post feeds, like the date/time of the post, etc.

    Probably nothing to worry about, but if you’re serious about getting google to understand your blog, I suggest setting up a Google Sitemaps plugin. This lets you build a sitemap for Google to read and thus get more info about your site directly.
