I have some 1000 directories with some 4-5 html files inside. * Apparently cache is not working well. Used to work just fine. Changed nothing recently. Is it possible to setup another WordPress site on your server and try installing Comet Cache there to rule out any plugin conflicts? Nothing changed in the latest version related to how the cache is cleared. * Have you tried installing an old version of Comet Cache and checking if you still have this issue? Directories are still there. * Also i tried PHP 5.6 just in case.
