    Hello πŸ˜‰

    I’m using your plugin for some months now and it worked great till the last update (or the update before that).
    The problem is, that the fields first_name and last_name are not considered anymore when importing users via cronjob hence they are empty (user is still imported!).
    My CSV header line looks like this:

    Username;Email;Password;user_nicename;display_name;first_name;last_name;PLZ;Landesverband;SLG-Nr;SLG Name;SLG Funktion

    Did you change anything?

    Right now I import ~1700 users every day.

    Thanks for your support and regards
    Sebastian

    Just tried it with version 1.11.3.7
    Problem is also there. No first_name / last_name after import.

    Also the last executed cronjob time is not shown anymore.
    Mine gets stuck at 2018-08-16 20:42:22.
    No matter if I deactivate the cron and activate it again. Users get imported, but the timestamp is not updated.

    @xenator,

    This is really strange, we have not changed anything about and I have not more issues about any other users.

    Have you changed anything in your system?

    Now it seems to be working. Maybe the system needs some time to process all data entries.

    @xenator,

    Ok that’s great. Please before sending any new thread be sure there is a problem.

    Kind regards.

    Hello Javier,

    it seems there is still a problem with the cron import.

    I’ve activated the daily import but the last execution timestamp is 2 days old.
    How can I look into this?

    It also seems that not all csv entries are processed properly.
    On the cron overview tab (../wp-admin/tools.php?page=acui&tab=cron) I can see all the imported users, but some users are missing from the csv. Those users were added 2 days ago!

    Regards

    @xenator,

    Do you know how wp-cron works? If there is no visits to the site, there is no cron executing.

    Maybe this can be the problem, try to see with your hosting to make the wp-cron be configured with the Unix cron.

    Thanks for your fast reply.

    I had a look into wp-cron and many things are much clearer now πŸ˜‰

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    I also have this problem, it imports only the user name and email address, but not the additional first and last names columns I created. Your plugin does state that it will take on extra data.

    It shows the extra columns when the list has been imported, but when you go into the wordpress users’ profiles, the extra data is not there.

    I am not as adept as your previous commentator, and do not understand the “Cron” you are referring to.
    Thanks,
    Angela

    @angela-van-breemen,

    As you can read in the “Documentation” tab to import first name you have to use the correct key for WordPress: first_name (and if you read you will see all the rest).

    If you don’t understand how the cron works, probably you won’t need it now.

    Please create a new thread for a different problem.
