Yes, did exact the same. But feed is empty. I removed and created the feed again and noticed that it stock at 20% for longtime!

However if I open manage feed menu on another tab, its status shows as ‘ready’.

    but the feed still empty!

    link to new feed:

I really need your help, what should I do now?

    Hi Milo,

Would you be so kind as to reach out by email on support@adtribes.io? Make sure you refer to this topic/URL in your email.

We will take it from there.

Can you try and remove the filter and update the feed manually? That worked for me.. Please let me know how it worked

    Hi plue,

Issue at hand has already been tackled by email. A include only filter was created on a category name that contained a ‘&’, whereas the plugin translates those into & amp; in the feed itself. That of course did not match and the result was an empty feed.

Switching to a ‘contains’ filter and using part of the category-name solved the issue at hand. Changing the filter and replacing the ‘&’ with ‘&’ would have also worked.

Appreciate your help in answering some of the users questions 🙂

    Best,
    Eva

ah maybe not the same problem i had then

Well we currently are checking all filter-code to see double-check everything.

In what cases did it go wrong for you?

    Thank you for your help.

How can I create the OR condition with a rule?

I want to say if category link contain ‘Acat’ OR ‘Bcat’ then include in the feed.

    Hi Milo,

Our plugin does not support the creation of ‘OR’ filters/rules yet.

Alternatively you could add a similar ‘product tag’ to the products in both the ‘Acat’ and ‘Bcat’ categories and than create a include_only filter based on that product tag.

Had the same issue for a category that was simply called “Feed”. Changing to “contains” instead of “is equal to” fixed the problem
