Empty dashboard and analytics

Hello,

im struggling with Woo commerce plugin, can’t retrieve any report and dashboard show no data plus analytics all empty no data

im not sure where is the issue as there was no errors shown anywhere

Hey there,

So when you check WooCommerce > Reports, the entire screen is empty? Or is it the dashboard that you see when you first load wp-admin? I’d love to see a screenshot; please do hide any sensitive information that may be included.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. You can remove information such as the site URL if you prefer.

Hi Hanna,

thank you for replying, first i wanna let you know that I’ve used the import method from analytics sittings but the situation remain the same, you can find the snapshot for the situation from the dashboard as well as from analytics reports in below link!

please note that before the import it was showing 250 in orders and refunds!

you can find the status “get system report” please note that i’ve replaced the domain with user name with “#########”!

Hey again @eiqie !

Can you check your Report settings found in Analytics ⇢ Settings and ensure that you are not excluding any statuses besides Cancelled and Failed.

Once you verify that, please share a screenshot of your orders page so I can get an idea of how many your orders you have and the dates. You can blur any sensitive data, but please make sure we can see basic things like order statuses, dates, and count.

i have checked the analytics settings and i had only Pending payment beside the others you’ve mentioned, should i uncheck that?!, you can find the screen shot of orders in the link below:
