    Hello, my chat bot was working and then suddenly stopped… I should be presenting my solution tomorrow so it is a huge problem for me! The window opens with my page loaded, but there is nothing inside. Just empty window… Please help!

    To solve your problem we need extended information about your plugin installation. To get the file with the extended information, follow these steps:

    • Go to your WordPress Dahsboard (sample screenshot)
    • Go to “Watson Assistant” > “Set Up Chatbot” in the left menu (sample screenshot)
    • On the “Set Up Your Chatbot” page go to “Having Issues?” tab (sample screenshot)
    • On the “Having Issues?” tab, download full log file with extended information by following the link (sample screenshot). Don’t publish it openly on sites like WordPress Forums as it may contain sesitive information.
    • Send email with description of your issue and attached file to help@intela.io

    Could you please provide PHP error log file from your hosting.
    Also, please describe what changes were made to your site before Watson Assistant plugin stopped working?

    the only change that happened was upgrading to 0.8.14 from 0.8.13.

    edit: only seems to occur on safari, seems ok in Firefox on Mac.

    Hello,
    unfortunately, the error log server service was off, so I cannot give you this info.
    The changes I made, was an installation of 2 plugins:
    1) the Wordfence plugin (setting of 2-factor authentication)
    2) the Custom Login Page Customizer plugin.

    I emailed you the chatbot log file

    For me, it doesn’t work in any browser, but just on a mobile phone, strangely, the WELCOME node opens and thats it. It doesn’t react more…

    I just turned on the server-side error log. I will send it today after it gets more data.

    Same here, after updating the plugin the chatbot window is not appearing anymore.

    We’re using the shortcode [watson-chat-box] if that matters.

    Would be good if this gets fixed asap since we’re missing out on leads.

    We’ve looked at the log file of your plugin, but did not find any errors that could lead to the indicated problem. We’ve also launched a chatbot with your credentials and settings, and everything works fine.
    The cause of this problem may be in any of the installed plugins or in the uncleaned cache on your server.
    So please try the following steps:
    – clear the cache on the server;
    – deactivate plugins which you have installed (‘Wordfence’ and ‘Custom Login Page Customizer’).
    After this steps check your chatbot.

    Hello,
    I tried to deactivate the plugins and cleared the server cache and it didn’t help. I don’t know where you have launched the chatbot but it doesn’t work on my page… Take a look at https://movegeen.com

    I noticed, that the plugin holds its setting somewhere even after uninstallation. Where is this setting info stored?
    For example, it incorrectly read the list of pages and now it is impossible to restrict it for only selected pages.
