    When I click my “Add to Cart” button, the overlay appears, but no content shows up and it instead says there was an error but the transaction went through (but of course there was no transaction).

    In the error email to store admin it says this:
    The transaction went through, but your store’s twig templates may have a fatal error which must be corrected. Please go to your FoxyCart admin and attempt to save all templates including category admin and customer email templates.

    I followed the instructions and went and saved/updated all the templates in the foxycart admin.

    I haven’t put anything into any of those templates except what is in there automatically.

  • I’d like to add that I have two stores in my foxycart account. I’ve noticed that even though the foxycart domain, foxycart version (1.1), api, and datafeed are all correctly (I believe) configured to the proper store – i keep getting messages in the error log for the “other” store, which is probably my default. So, foxyshop seems to be after the wrong store – does that make any sense?

    @tvainisi – I can’t quite troubleshoot the twig error – my general recommendation is to go to your FoxyCart admin, manually cache the cart, then put that in a text file and look up the line number of the error you get when you hit update template. That will help narrow it down. You should check with FoxyCart support if you need more help with that template.

    To test that the FoxyShop part is working, just switch to the default template temporarily.

    In regard to the store errors, I couldn’t really say without looking at it. But I think if you send the details to FoxyCart they can troubleshoot it for you.

    I’m not trying to put you off here – but I can’t really do anything without more info and this falls under the realm of FoxyCart support. 🙂
