    Interesting! Sounds like it’s likely a theme conflict with some javascript issues.

    Hi Paul,

    Can you confirm that this occurs (or not) with a default theme, like 2014? I have a feeling that this is an issue with your theme.

    Also, do you know what version of WP eCommerce you upgraded from?

    Hi Justin,

    yes, the problem does not occur with twenty 14 theme.
    We upgraded from 3.7.7 because that version of plugin does not work with php 5.4 (which our hosting provider upgraded to).

    Of course with 3.7.7 everything was working fine.
