I am looking for a calendar system that is very easy for an employee to go in and fill out what they are working on. So it would have basic calendar functionality but it would be geared towards the employee doing their own bookings vs. someone booking them. Also it would allow the creation of fields and field values so we can track what the employees are working on.
I have look for a couple days and either the system is built on booking something not someone or it is a project management application that just has too much to it. Also the project management tools are more based on the project than the employee or group of employees. I would really like to have a manager role, be able to set the employees under manager, and see calendars or pivot tables for all of the employees under manager (vs all projects).
