Embedding youtube videos

I’ve have issues with embedding youtube videos.

I’ve tried to edit ‘postie/postie-functions.php’ without success.
Unfortunately I’m not good at regular expressions.

Youtube urls with /attribution_link?a= endings are not embedded. For example: http://www.youtube.com/attribution_link?a=XXXXXXXXXXX&u=/watch?v=XXXXXXXXXXX&feature=share

Another issue is that multiple youtube urls on different lines are not embedded.

Please help me to solve these issues.
