Embedding youtube video

I am using simplicity lite. I am having problems embedding youtube videos on my page – the videos heights are cut. (http://www.burntv.co.za/dit-vt-and-video-streaming/)

I’ve followed the steps as laid out in the steps as laid out Support – Media but it has not changed their layout.

Can someone help?
