Embedding Map on to Other Parts of Website

Sorry for the back to back posts.

I’m trying to find a way to embed the map found under ‘ profile’ -> ‘friends’ ( The map that contains all the member’s checked in friends) on to another part of the website. The goal ideally is to get this map embedded into the header of my Twenty Fourteen theme for logged in members.

The network is set to invite only at, BackpackersJournal.com, jet let me know if you need log in credentials.
