Is there a plugin that embeds and plays .flv files in a wordpress site page directly? By direct, I mean a .flv file created on your machine. This way it is not hosted on YouTube or something similar and I just have the embed code to that.

Thank you. Is there a complete stand alone way of doing it also? I would like to include the HTML files and the player on my server. Not sure if the link above hosts the player somewhere else. I would like everything on my site itself.
