    Hi there,

I’ve installed your plugin, which seems to work great for multiple instances that are added programmatically. Forms that are embedded via a shortcode don’t appear though, the markup is there but the .gform_wrapper div is set to display: none.

The forms do use conditional logic, but there are no JS errors logged in the console, and the Gravity Forms scripts themselves are all in the footer after jQuery.

Deactivating the plugin has the forms displaying as per expected.

Gravity Forms 1.9.9, and 1.0.3 of your plugin.

    Thanks!
