 * It seems like ‘Width’ attribute does not affect substitution image size. Also
   width is not preserved when iframe substitutes it. The same with Height.
 * I tried that syntaxis:
    [embed width=200 height=100]https://www.youtube.com/watch?
   v=EXAMPLE[/embed]</div>

 * That is correct. The video is responsive. It will always have the same width 
   as the parent dom element. The hight is adjusted according to the 16:9 aspect
   ratio.
